Brand Marketing Associates are responsible for creating strong brand and product recognition for our clients. They set the standard for excellence by consistently exceeding daily sales goals, staying informed on current products, promotions, and competitor options, and ensuring consumers receive accurate and engaging information. This role combines sales performance with brand representation, making associates key drivers of client success.
Customer Service Representatives will utilize effective communication skills to educate consumers and answer questions customers have thoroughly and efficiently to attract both new and existing customers. A big portion of this role is to understand customer acquisition, retention, and managing an in-store campaign to ensure the experience for each customer exceeds expectations.
In the client representative role, team members will learn how to effectively execute in-store marketing campaigns for clients. Client Representatives create a first-class experience for each customer and answer questions they have thoroughly and efficiently. As representatives consistently meet client goals, they have the opportunity to get promoted into a trainer role and potentially a management position.
Sales Representatives will travel locally to retail locations on behalf of clients and meet with prospective customers, with the opportunity to travel nationally for networking events (covered by the company).
